The front desk employees were excellent: very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. They didn't even mind running upstairs when we locked our cards in our rooms. A lovely facility. Love the little light over the bed - great for late night reading. The dining room employees were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the food and had plenty of choices.
